Apartment in Venice - Zattere Terrace -

The apartment is located in the most elegant Dorsoduro district. This "sestiere" is one of the best place to be used as a base for your holiday. It is very charming and both the Accademia and the Guggenheim museums are located there. The Zattere, a wide walkway along the Guidecca canal, is a wonderful spot to spend an entire afternoon, and many Venetians and students do exactly that.

You'll find everything you want or need for your apartment around Campo Santa Margherita: there is a fish market in the morning, a vegetable market all day, a supermarket on the southern tip of the Campo, a wine shop, and the famous Tonolo bakery

The apartment is 90 sqmt and it sleeps up to 5 people.

It is divided into two floors, wile you enter you have the living area with a single sofa bed and an impressive view over the Rio del Vin, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. Climbing the wooden staircase, you reach the loft sleeping area, made up of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, the second bathroom with tub shower and a wardrobe.

The terrace on the roof has the access from the twin bedroom with a little stair. wile you are upstairs you can admire a magical view of 180 degrees.
