This wonderful and spacious apartment is around 90 Sqm facing south-west. Originally constructed in the 18th century where is still visible by the vaulted ceilings; some of the architecture has been retained not to spoil the original character of the era.

When you enter the apartment through a large hallway, you'll find a fully equipped very spacious kitchen. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with tub and direct access to the larger balcony. The other bedroom has two single beds with a private bathroom and shower allowing access to the second smaller balcony. In the living room there's a dining table that sits 6 people and a comfortable sofa bed for one adult or two children with access to the large balcony. . From both balconies you can take advantage of the magnificent vistas (views) of the LiGalli Islands, Fornillo and Praiano beach.

Air conditioning is not required in this apartment as the original ancient walls are very thick; keeping the apartment fresh throughout the summer months.
