In a private one-of-a-kind family villa, located in perhaps the most exclusive neighborhood of the city, San Prospero, Helen and Orlando's family rent rooms to foreign travellers.

Helen, born in Virginia and raised in the Chicago suburbs, is an ex-paralegal who completed her bachelor's and paralegal degrees after a year's study abroad in Paris, France at the Sorbonne.
Orlando, an ex-travel agent, is a native Sienese.

In this Liberty style family villa located across from the Medici Fortress and next to the old town walls, for a maximum of 5 guests, we offer:
n. 3 bedrooms - n. 2 bathrooms - a living/dining room - a fully equipped kitchen - a private, fully furnished, fenced-in garden with secluded back patio and free parking on the streets around the house.

The villa is surrounded by a luscious, well-cured garden thanks to hours of loving care and patience which includes climbing roses, boxwoods, along with many annual and perenial flowers, fruits and vegetables.

Bursts of colour for your spirit and tantilizing home grown treats for your taste buds.

For a minimum of 2 nights stay, our prices which include gas, electricity, water, towels and linens, cleaning, public garbage pick-up, condominium cleaning and expenses, contract registration fee, taxes, transfer to and from the station upon request, use of guest kitchen for breakfast and light meals and daily assistance (in English or French) are:
one double room (has two beds) with private bathroom in the room - Euro 113.00

one double room with bathroom to share - Euro 95.00

one single room - Euro 60.00
Upon request, you can see satelite TV such as CNN, BBC, Sky News, etc.
Our accomodations are reserved exclusively for NON-SMOKERS and pets are not allowed.

The villa is a 10 minute ride from the train station, a 3 minute walk from the bus station, a 10 minute walk to the famous town square - Piazza del Campo and numerous museums and churches, a 2 minute walk to the local grocery store, a 3 minute walk to the Italiain National Enoteca, 2-4 minute walk to local restaurants famous for their home cooking, good Chianti wine and inexpensive menu.

We are located just across the street from the open-air market, around the Medici Fortress, on every Wednesday, of 150 vendors from all over Tuscany.
