STINTINO

Located on the north western extremity of Sardinia, Stintino is considered nowadays to be one of the most attended tourist resort.

Its centre has streets that form a rectangular reticule surrounded by colourful houses.

Famous for the fascinating surrounding beaches, with their thin sand and crystalline sea waters with the small Flat island and the more extended Asinara.

The particular position of Stintino allows to be on two "seas": one repaired from winds like the north-west wind and west and scattered of beaches wide and tiny; the other on the western edge of the Island, rich of cliffs and precipices and creeks of green and deep water.

Behind the beach of the Pelosa, sluice to north from the sixth century's tower, over a height, rises the Tower of the Falcon, that is worth reaching in order to admire the Asinara, the profile of Capo Caccia to the west and the coast to the east down until Castelsardo.

The Site

Situated at Capo Falcone, on the peninsula of Stintino at about 4 Km from the town, surrounded by a wild and uncontaminated landscape, the apartments look above one of the most breathtaking scenarios of the Sardinia’s sea facing the Asinara Island.

At a few hundred meters from one of the most admired beaches in the world, the white sand “La Pelosa”. A crystalline ocean considered to be one of the most beautiful due to its colours and its transparencies and rigorous vegetation makes the site unforgettable.

The Apartments

Privately owned flats which have been just remodelled using traditional local materials, with sea view , at a distance of min.300mt to max 600 mt. from the famous beach “La Pelosa”,(which can be easily walked to in a few minutes) furnished simply but with taste, at ground or first floor with patio or terrace, with a lot of external space and private parking, have the following compositions1 room ap. 4 beds (A): living room with kitchenette and double sofa separate bunk beds sleeping area shower bathroom.

Pets: small pets allowed on request

Although private owned the apartments are part of The Residence Club Roccaruja ,guests could use all the Residence Club facilities (swimming pool, tennis courts …) trough the purchase of the Club Card .

Facilities :

At a few hundreds meters from the apartments is located a Commercial Centre which includes a restaurant/pizzeria with one of the most breathtaking panoramic view on the Pelosa beach and Asinara Island, bar, market, pastry, boutique and a unisex hairdresser, . In the near town of Stintino (4 km) you will find a very busy tourist centre animated at any time in the summer season.

In the Area are located many Diving centres and a guided visit to the Asinara Island, now a natural marine park is a must. Optional
