“Residenza Brunelleschi” has the feeling of an elegant private home.The specialatmosphere of the Palace,dating back to the Renaissance era, makes each one of the independent apartments the perfect place for an extended vacation. Also ideal for families. In the internal courtyard, a welcoming outdoor sitting area with many plants, chairs and tables is at guest’s disposal.

The Palace is located in the heart of old Florence and has received the official recognition of Epoca House. In each unit you will receive a welcome basket with typical Tuscany products.

Apartment 30 is a wide and welcoming two-room apartment located on the top floor of our Palazzetto. Here we can comfortably accommodate four people; it is beautifully decorated with ancient style furniture and typical florentine tapestries, and with a beautiful terracotta floor that gives a warm touch to the whole flat.

Composed of: a living area with a comfortable double sofa-bed and dining area with a table for four and a separate equipped kitchenette, a romantic double bedroom with a closet wardrobe and a bathroom with bath and shower.

Third floor with lift.
