TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payments:

A 20% deposit is required upon confirmation, the balance is payable upon arrival in cash. The deposit will not be refundable.
Method of Payment for the deposit VISA, MASTER or AMERICAN EXPRESS.
If you have to postpone the trip then we will credit your payment toward new dates for 1 year from the original dates in the same city.

Security deposit:

A security deposit may be required, if so, this is payable on check in for any eventual damage or breakage that may occur during your stay.
The amount required varies according to the apartment, this is clearly stated on the apartment page and again on your voucher.
The security deposit is payable in cash on arrival.
Upon check out the amount is refunded, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are forced to cancel the reservation within 20 days of your arrival date, your credit card will be charged for the cost of the first night.
No show: 50% of the total amount will be charged on your credit card. If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

Amount of People:

The number of persons occupying the property may under no circumstances exceed that specifically agreed at the time of the reservation.

Utilities:

Utility costs in Italy are very high, therefore many apartment owners charge for electricity in summer to cover air conditioning and gas in winter to cover heating.
This is either at a fixed daily rate as published on the apartment site page, or metered and charged at local rates.

Check-in:

Between 10:00 and 21:00 free on appointment.
Between 21:00 and 23:00 there is an additional fee of 25,00 Euro
After 23:00 there is an additional fee of 40,00 Euro
