This B&B is a very unique place for it is located on the first floor of a marvellous "Villa" dated from the beginning of the past century and surrounded by a beautiful 800 sq mt garden with high trees, lemon trees and bed flowers which provides a charming country atmosphere.

The accommodation is very well connected to the historical center by a shuttle bus that leaves, around the corner, every 5 minutes (6 stops to Piazza San Silvestro: at stone thrown to Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square).

The 'Villa' has been completely restored with many improvements and much care in order to preserve most of the original motifs that decorate the house like the fantastic marble floors with coloured designs and the beautiful stucco works on the ceilings, even doors are the original ones.

Bathrooms have been completely remade with modern comforts.
