A fantastic location for this outstanding example of good contemporary taste.
The property is housed on a third floor of a beautiful and recently remodelled building in the very heart of Rome: few steps behind the Trevi Fountain and only few minutes walking distance to the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps and Campo dei Fiori.
Although so central, this unique flat is extremely quiet as it overlooks peaceful, and green courtyards on one side and the little and traffic free Piazza Scandemberg on the other side.
The apartment is full of light and very spacious - around 150 sq. m.
It is decorated with elegance and all pieces of furniture are original pieces of pure Ethnical style. It has beautiful restored wooden beamed ceilings and wooden floors. The predominant colors are black and red and it is completed with modern comforts.
The apartment is composed of an entrance, a large living room with two sofas one of which can be converted into a double bed, a beautiful crystal table, chimney and two large windows.
The sleeping area offers three beautiful bedrooms, two of them are pretty large and one smaller with two single beds. Each room has its own bathroom en suite.
On the left side of the entrance you will find the brand new and spacious kitchen.
This apartment boasts everything that a four star hotel can offer, with the added advantages that only a self catered apartment can provide: privacy, spaciousness and the fantastic atmosphere of a real home.

This charming place near the Trevi Fountain was perfect! We were greeted promptly upon arrival and given all the necessary details of the apartment.
The manager graciously accommodated our payment misunderstanding, and we are appreciative of he resolution.
The home matched the internet photos, so there were no surprises. The travel book collection offered complimentary suggestion to our own plans.
We would have appreciated a local (neighborhood) walking map in the unit particularly since internet is not available.

Lovely if you don't mind the crowds
One tile in the living room floor needs fixing, but this is a lovely apartment. Only complaint is it's too close to the crowds of the Trevi fountain, and the bells from the Quirinale ring at all hours, so my sis had trouble sleeping.

Terrific Location and Wonderful Accommodations
There were 6 adults staying in the apartment. The service was exceptional. One of the bathrooms has a tub with shower head, but no curtain, as expected by Americans. Otherwise all was wonderful.
Get used to church bells ringing every 15 minutes and sea gulls calling out early in the morning!
Having a lift is an extra bonus. Restaurants and shops nearby are great for food, wine and other taste treats.
