The Farmhouse is situated in the center of Umbria, between Assisi (27 km) and Perugia (25 km), Todi (32 km) and Montefalco (23 km). The farmhouse have two double bedrooms, eight flats 2+2 and two flats 4+2 which are unique for the beauty of the interiors and the naturalistic context in which they are set.
You will be immersed in a country which is still uncontaminated, on the top of a hill, at an altitude of four hundred and fifty meters, in an unique position for its panorama and quiet.
This place is made up of three farmhouses. The main one hosts 8 Two room apartments(2+2), the second farmhouse 2 triples (4+2) and the landlords house plays host to the restaurant and the rooms.
The 8 Bilo are in a recently renovated historic nineteenth-century farmhouse. Each apartment has: one double room, living room with double sofa bed (with or without fireplace), kitchenette or kitchen, bathroom with shower. Some of them have also outdoor space with table, chairs and beach umbrella. The apartments are located as follow: five on the ground floor and three on the first floor. They are 60 square meters each and have independent entrance. All the flats have TV sat, independent central heating, fridge, little freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer and everything necessary to cook.
The 2 Three room apartments (4+2) are in the smaller building. All the Trilo are at the ground floor and they have independent entrance, TV sat, independent central heating, dishwasher, oven, hairdryer and everything necessary to cook.
