Roma - Location - Piazza di Spagna
Located just behind the most beautiful and world famous square, Piazza di Spagna, in the most sophisticated area of fashionable Rome where you will find well known designer boutiques such as Armani, Valentino, Versace, Hermes and Chanel. The area offers you also a variety of cafes, restaurants, and wine bars.
This is also home to the Pantheon, the Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, The Forum. The Spagna Metro is only 50 meters from the home and takes you to any other part of the city that may interest you.
This elegant property is on the second floor with lift of an ancient, XVII century building. It is divided into one spacious living room, one quite large bed room with one double bed convertible into two separate beds, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with shower.
Other amenities you will find in the property include a washing machine, dish washer, TV, hair dryer, iron.
The apartment is beautifully decorated with matching fabrics, nice and comfortable sofas in the living room (one is a double bed), antiques and nice paintings as well as elegant and old style attractive furniture.
Floors are wooden and ceilings are high. The whole apartment is spacious and bright with the view on the street below. Although it is very central, the double glazing keeps the noise to the minimum.

Beautiful Apartment close to the Spanish Steps
We loved the Via Della Croce location near the Spanish Steps and the spacious, airy and sun-filled rooms. We rented the apartment for over 2 weeks over the holidays and had 2 college-age children with us for part of that time. We had plenty of room and privacy, with a pull-out bed in the living room. The bedroom has floor-to-ceiling closets on one wall for plenty of storage. The kitchen has a sliding door to close it off if necessary, and is well-equipped. We ended up doing a lot of shopping at the local food markets and preparing meals in the apartment.
From the apartment, we were able to walk all over Rome, and it was less than 2 blocks from the Spagna Metro Station, allowing convenient travel in Rome and to the train station for travel to other cities.
If you want to be in the middle of things, this is a wonderful place, but because there are shops, cafes and an active street below the apartment, it may be too noisy if you prefer quiet.
