This beautiful property is conveniently located at walking distance from the most important sites: Campo dei Fiori, Trevi Fountain, Imperial Forums, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps.

The apartment is very welcoming and well appointed, with elegant finishing: the beautiful wooden ceilings, the libraries and doors, the Florentine terra-cotta floors, the completely equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom.

Beautiful apartment!
My family and I stayed here for a 4 day vacation and loved it much.
It is hard to find a better apartment than this.
We would highly recommend this place! Very clean, good amenities and very central: few steps from Piazza Argentina and few minutes walking to Campo di Fiori, Pantheon and Piazza Navona a few minutes more for Spanish Steps.
The apartment was the best we experienced since long time for the owner is very precise, kind and professional in keeping the house perfect.
The area has a lot of shops and restaurants so we did not have to walk far for dinner at night.
All in one we really enjoyed it.

Perfect apartment
This flat was charmingly and tastefully decorated with an extreme care for everything. We found out that the owner runs a  furniture shop so she uses the best furniture in order to offer such a beautiful and comfortable apartment to her guests. She really succeeds in this.
She was also very kind and prompt in any our request concerning advises for any kind of organization in the City.
The beautiful kitchen could be hidden when we did not want to see it and the living room could become a beautiful living room.
Bathroom was a pleasure: clean, large, modern: we really loved it.
I will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

Perfect week in Rome
We stayed here a week at the end of May and we really loved this apartment.
The location is excellent, as the apartment is attractive and quiet for a location that is close to all we wanted to see. In few minutes we could walk to Spanish Steps as to the Pantheon, Campo dei fiori or Piazza Navona. It was also close to the Forum and this was really a hint for we could rest a wile after having walked all through the Forum all morning.
We have stayed in many apartments during our vacations, but this was the best: over our expectations. Well furnished, spacious, luminous, quite and extremely clean.

Very satisfactory
We were very pleased with this apartment. It was large,  well appointed and well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful. Loved the location near to both the Pantheon and the wonderfully trendy Campo di Fiori. Spanish Steps took us 10 minutes walking going through the best shopping street in town
We would recommend this property and hope to came back soon.

The best in Rome
The apartment Falegnami, was on a quiet side street, and it was a joy to return to after touring Rome. It was immaculate, very tastefully
decorated, with comfortable beds and many beautiful objects all through the house. It is convenient to public
transportation, and a very short walk to the Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori, Trevi Fountain. Took few minutes more to the Spanish Steps.
We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it to all our friends.
