VILLA Poggio Conero - Ancona

The Villa, ispired to the white anuanc,  is very well located in the famous Conero area. You will be at 2 Km from Portonuovo beach and 11 Km from the enchanting beaches of Numana and Sirolo, these last two names are annovered among the most beautiful see side places of Italy.

The Villa is composed of a spacius living room and a dining room with a table for 6-8 person; one double bedroom, one triple room with a single bed and a bank bed, one last smal room with a bank bed (it sleeps in total 7 people). Three bathrooms with shower. One fully equipped kitchen.

The villa is sorrounded by a 3.000 mt garden.

TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing bord.

Euro 1.000,00/1.500,00 Euro per week depending on the season.

Linen, towels utilities and final cleaning included in the price.
