At 100 meters from this B&B you can in fact take advantage of a metropolitan train that leaves every 10 minutes and takes you to the Flaminio Metro station (Piazza del Popolo) in only 15 minutes.
	Once in Piazza del Popolo you can easily reach (200 meters) Piazza di Spagna, (800 meters) Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and all main tourist sites. This B&B is a very special accommodation for the beauty of the house and the land lady's hospitality. The whole house has been restructured and redecorated with fantastic refining: beamed wooden ceilings, hand made "Florentine cotto tiles" floor, beautiful hand made decorated iron works, modern and elegant marble bathrooms with Jacuzzi tub or Teuco showers.A/C in all the house, double glazing to keep noise to the minimum. Rooms are really enchanting with antique furniture and elegant co-ordinated upholstery, each one has a predominant colour that characterises the room itself. There are two on the first floor with private bath and three on the mansard with one bath. The mansard rooms and bath have a quite low ceiling for the wooden beams are at the lowest high at cm. 120 but they are very fascinating with a very warm feeling.

Among many amenities, breakfast is served in the beautiful living room below for guests occupying the first floor rooms; in the upper living room for guests occupying the mansard rooms.
