This B&B is located at two steps from the new Roman Auditorium in the area called Flaminio.

Very well connected to the centre by a shuttle tram that leves every three minutes and in 8 minutes brings you to Piazza del Popolo from where you can walk to Piazza di Spagna. Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi.

The B&B is at the 3rd floor with No elevator and the building is surrounded by high trees and it is very quite.

It has been completely restructured and offers to guests a comfortable and homly accommodation for a perfect staying.

Each room has private bath with shower.

Everything is neat and very clean with nicely furnished and cozy tapestry.

Air conditioning, TV, cleaning and linen change every 2 days.

Taxes, linen, towels, breakfast, included in the price.
